My mom sewed both of the pillows without a pattern! She's pretty crafty and I appreciate her help so much ♥. They look like perfection sitting on our living room sofa.
Which, by the way, you may notice a new sofa in these pics. Your eyes aren't deceiving you.
I made the difficult decision awhile ago that my beloved white tufted sofa just wasn't cutting it. Even with the outdoor fabric I found to reupholster it with, I just couldn't keep up with the maintenance of keeping it sparkly white {we spend nearly all of our time hanging out on it}.
Additionally, the upholsterer left no room for the cushions to be removed to be cleaned AND some of the buttons on the back were coming loose or had completely fallen off. I was saddened that I spent money on something I didn't have for too long and now it's sitting out in our garage.
But the good news is that I found a sofa I liked, with tufting {yay!} and a neutral linen-esque fabric that works well with two doggies. Annnd, if there's ever a spill or rip we have a no-questions asked warranty good for cleaning&/replacement.
Don't get me wrong, I miss the white sofa, and wish with all my heart that it would've worked. But in the end, there were just too many variables against its success in our household. Live and learn! : )
xoxo

pillow = fabulous!
new sofa = even more fabulous! (I think it fits the room better than the other sofa).
Looking fabulous.
I LOVE the new sofa! Where did you get it?
Also, so crafty. The pillows are awesome!
The space looks great and I love the new sofa!
The colors are gorgeous! And I hear your white upkeep pain. For some reason, I thought that a new white duvet would look amazing. And it did. Somehow I forgot about the shedding gray beast of a cat we have. Ooops.
i LOVE LOVE LOVE the pillows. And that room looks amazing. Makes me want to redecorate!
I'm in mourning for your great tufted sofa, I loved that in your space, but I can definitely understand how the maintenance would be an issue. The pillows are beauteous! Love that fabric, who knew a dish towel could look so good!
love the new pillows and sofa!
Love how the new pillows turned out! and love the new sofa, looks great!
Love your living room! We had a similar situation with a white loveseat that ended up reupholstered gold because of the dogs! And a friend's pair of blue jeans left dye all over it! Check out our decorating adventures at www.thislittlenestblog.blogspot.com

Ooh, those pillows just go beautifully in that room! Way to see the potential in a few napkins!
I'm so sad your sofa didn't work out for your --- its so pretty!! With that said your new sofa is really nice and I like the color and texture of it a lot!! plus the pillows look so cute
The pillows are just beautiful! So "you"! I totally get the sofa thing, don't feel bad. Beauty does not always = practicality. The new one is beautiful as well.. and ultimately, you have to be able to live in a space to love it. :)
The pillows look great; I also want to know where the couch is from! I'm currently sofa shopping, and I love this!
I think the pink really did it for those pillows they look great! I've found shams and sheets that I've turned into pillows it's cheap and fairly simple.
Oooh, love the new pillows and your new sofa is awesome!! Great find! And you can always sell your old one on craigslist, right? I'm sure someone would scoop it right up!
the pillows are perfect! so much fun color~ I also love your new couch!
I have been on the hunt for those napkins with no luck, the pillows came out great. Where did you get the new sofa it's beautiful but I did really really love the old, but I couldn't begin to have white with it being my primary sofa.
The pillows are pretty! Props to your mom! P.S. Your living room is so well put together. I love your couch. The pillows add just the right amount of color and pattern against the neutral couch.
I did love the old sofa but I love the new one, too! Like everyone else, I'm dying to know where you got it. And of course, the pillows are perfection!
It all looks so great together! Love! I hit up two TJ Maxx's on this side of the river and luck finding more of your lovely dishtowels, but they pillows look fab with the pink backing.
So sad about your beautiful sofa...
Thanks everyone!
The sofa is from Phillip's Furniture. It used to be an Ashley's.
I adore the sofa, it's just so nice in that room. And, the pillows are so cute!
The pillows are to die for! And the pink backing is perfection. I came across this and the fabric looks very similar but with a different background {its hard to tell if it is exact or not}. It may help you track down some more:
