My Time's Up!

And I couldn't be any happier. These 2 years have seemed to creeeeep by in relation to our cell phone service plans. It's like I'm all excited to get my new phone and a couple months later I'm ready for an update. You feel me? Well, since our budget doesn't allow for that sort of frivolousness, we must always wait til the end of our 2 year plan strolls around so that I can get a discounted new savvy phone and the Mr. can get a free run of the mill phone.

As you may have guessed, I'm just a tad more picky when it comes to my cellular device! Dave could live just as happily without one and that's one of the reasons I love him!

Currently we're both stuck with this baby:

But come November 11th I'll be rocking one of these two choices {at least I think that's what I have it narrowed down to!}

A Blackberry
{of some sort}

-OR-

The enV2

I am on my second iPhone and I love it!!! When Apple put out the iPhone 3G, I upgraded and gave my older one to my honey...I love it:) You are able to surf the net with ease and everything loads fast! I've had just about every type of gadget smart phone and by far this one is the best. FYI, this XMAS they will be introducing a newer version for $499 as opposed to the 3G they are selling now for $199! Can't wait to see what you pick!!

I have the iPhone and I LOVE IT! But if I had to choose between these 2, I would probably go with the Blackberry. They are user friendly and it comes in pink!

I have a BlackBerry Pearl for work. It's the smaller one. It took me a few days to get used to it b/c my fingers aren't slender, but it's amazing now. Highly recommended!

My vote is for the Envy. My husband and his bro have gone through five Blackberries between them because they're both so cheaply made. In one year. Plus, the other one looks so much cooler and has better features!

Hubs has the Blackberry Pearl and pretty much sleeps w/ it. He calls it the Crackberry, it's so addictive =)

B/c the phone's similar to a computer, he got virus protection software for it. Don't know if it's necessary, but he does do a lot of emailing on it.

Can't wait to see what you pick!

I can't wait to see your pick, because I'm debating the same two phones at the moment. I love the Blackberry Curve, but I'm being stingy because I don't want to spend the extra cash for the data pack. I love the env2 because it has the full keyboard and I'm the world's worst texter. Nobody calls anymore - they text - and on my current phone, it takes me forever to reply.

I have the Blackberry Pearl and I love, love, love it! It is nice and small but still has all the cool features. Good luck!

Those were my two choices a few months ago but I actually ended up with the XV6900 and I am so in love. It has Windows on it so it's really easy to use (learning the Blackberry is like learning Japanese IMO!). Blackberry is comnig out with a touchscreen soon (iPhone competitor) called Thunder, it sounds super neat.

Good luck!

I like my blackberry. Having a real keyboard makes email, texts, updating your photobook, etc. sooo much easier.

Its not great for websurfing though. The ipod is much better for that. Its okay for the occasional search for directions or fact check but it would get really annoying if you did any serious surfing on it.

So it depends on what you do more.
