Maw Maw and I ventured up near Chicago this weekend for my cousin's highschool graduation party. Naturally, while we were there our very short time, I asked if she cared if we went to West Elm and Ikea. Of course, being Maw Maw, she said she'd go along for the ride. She was a great co-pilot. Anyhoo-I am so excited because the bedding I've wanted forever {or so it seems} is finally mine! I also picked up some zebra print pillow covers! I love that store so much and so wish we had one in St. Louis! Also, while at Ikea, I picked up some new pillows and some sheets. We didn't have much time at all, so those were the only stores we had time for...but after chemo's over I think me, mom, and Maw Maw will venture back up to spend a couple days shopping again!
I decided to make the bed all new tonight, so the pics are kinda dark. I'm going to play around with the bedding until it looks just right--but I'll do that at a more convenient time and not when my sweet husband is heading to bed :)!

DONT YA JUST LOVE IKEA! I wish we had one also! There was one in Hotlanta that opened after we moved! SUCKED!
