I scooped up this adorable $2.00 bird at Michael's last weekend. I love the flower detailing on the body. Such an inexpensive yet fun purchase. : )
I also snagged some great striped pencils that I originally spied on the fabulous HHFITD's blog.

I almost bought that adorable little bird! I had it in my hands and finally put it down because I thought I didn't "need" it. But you've made me realize how much I want that bird! Maybe if I head back to Michael's today I'll find one sitting there waiting for me. :)
We've all been stalking Michael's I see! I loved the bird too, I imagined it painted a bright color (no surprise there). Love the detail and of course the discount.
I am now a proud owner of the pencils too! Too funny!
I'm so behind on my blog reading! I'm loving those pencils. When doing homework with my little girl we are always in search of one. These will look stylish in my kitchen charging station/note holder.
