Back To Prom
I'm headed back to my alma mater's Prom this weekend! But this time around, almost 10 years to the day later, I'm acting as one of the teacher chaperones. I'm really excited to see my kids all dressed up and looking fancy on one of the most special nights of their lives thus far. Seeing their happiness makes me happy and very sentimental--I only have a few short weeks left with my seniors, and while I know they're ready for the "real world," I'm not quite ready for some of them to leave. : ( It's bittersweet event that happens every year.

I'm going to prom this weekend too! My niece is going and borrowing one of our vehicles for the night, so I'm making a 3-hour trip there to deliver (how nice am I?!?). I'm looking forward to seeing the dresses!
