Holy Cow

I went to my free training session at Club Fitness and thought I was gonna die. My trainer was personable and down to earth and hid his laughter when I couldn't do most of the things he asked very well. For that, I thank him--ha!

He measured me and weighed me {oh joy} and we got down to business. He gave me a test drive on all the machines and then had me doing exercises working muscles I never knew existed. I literally felt like one of those people on The Biggest Loser when they cry/scream, "I can't do it anymore!" But, I held it together, barely, and needless to say, I signed up for three more sessions.

I'm a "yes" girl and couldn't say no. It's pricey, but what's more important than my health? Yup, nothing!

So, wish me luck that a} I make it and don't collapse and b} that I don't look like a complete fool during this process! He guaranteed me results as long as I keep up my end of the bargain. It'll be hard, extremely hard, but I'm going to do it.

I may be sore the whole time and way out of breath, but I'm going to do it! : )

Good luck with all that! I can barely get my butt off the couch to get the mail. I hope the results come quickly!

Yes...good luck! Lynn and I watch The Biggest Loser every week, so I laughed when you talked about wanting to scream, "I can't do it anymore!" I don't know how they do it, seriously- yikes!
PS- Lynn, Emily, and I check your blog more than you may think. If Emily hasn't told you, some of your design ideas got me making some plan of my own for my new house with the hubby. I love the way you post pics of the before and after of everything!
Oh yes, and we are so excited for Maw Maw...loved the signs you made too : )

Yay! You can totally do it!! I love my workouts, it took a couple weeks to get into it when I first started but now it's just part of the routine.

I worked with a trainer for a while. You will definitely get results if you work hard. You've gotta start some where! I'm proud of you!
