Be Our Guest!

It's time to add to the wish list for the guestroom. We've only had a couple of guests actually use the room, but who's counting?

Recently I waved bye-bye to all things shabby chic that once inhabited the space. It was all too matchy-matchy and my taste continues to evolve, so it had to bite the dust and hopefully some lucky person will snatch it up off of Craigslist!

Right now we have this bedding which we caught on a super sale at Macy's!

And I've posted about this mirror before, but I'm just waiting for it to go on sale!
This wood wall art is a steal at 4 overlapping squares for $59!
I think this art keeps it kind of whimsical and fun.
Last, I fell in love with this chandelier thanks to my blogger friend, Freckles_Chic, who used it beautifully in her home office! Check it out! I am 90% sure I am going to make my own headboard with a type of burlap {for real!} fabric to give the room some texture and then make some DIY art with paint swatches {more info on that to come in a later post}!

I'm keeping my eye out for some interesting bedside lamps but nothing has jumped out at me yet! That's quite alright though with the long running list I just posted above ;-)

That mirror is terrific. I think it can change the look of the room continously depending what you put in front of it, silly as that sounds!

I cant wait til youve got more updated photos!

I do hesitate to run with the other commenters that say you should monetize this, but you should make it at least a part-time passion where you are getting to stretch out on the things you write about, and then allow experiences to craft other posts.
